As the founder of Freadom Finders, Denise Caesar is deeply committed to transforming the social and emotional landscape for Caribbean youth. Her non-profit organization, Freadom Finders, focuses on reducing digital dependency and enhancing interpersonal skills among Gen Zs, Alphas and young individuals. Through her leadership, Freadom Finders pioneers innovative community-driven solutions to foster genuine human connections in an increasingly digital world.
Ms. Caesar’s educational background is rooted in strategic marketing management, with a Master of Science in Marketing from the University of the West Indies and a postgraduate diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK). She leverages her extensive marketing expertise to drive awareness and support for her non-profit initiatives.
In addition to her role at Freadom Finders, Ms. Caesar is an ILO Certified Sustainable and Resilient Enterprise (SURE) Trainer. A seasoned educator, Ms. Caesar has taught undergraduate courses at the University of Trinidad and Tobago and served as a part-time lecturer at the SBCS Global Learning Institute and the Institute of Training and Development and continues to shape the next generation of business professionals as a Practicum /Dissertation Advisor to postgraduate students at the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business.
Ms. Caesar’s commitment to education and empowerment extends into every facet of her work, underpinned by her vision to equip young individuals with the tools needed to thrive both personally and professionally in a dynamic global environment.
