    FAQs

    1. What is Freadom Finders?

Freadom Finders is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the mental and social well-being of Gen Zs, Alphas and other young Caribbean individuals. We focus on reducing digital overload and fostering genuine human connections through innovative programmes and initiatives.

Our programmes are designed primarily for young individuals, particularly Gen Zs and Alphas, who are looking to develop their interpersonal skills and manage the challenges associated with digital saturation. However, anyone interested in improving their social and emotional well-being is welcome to participate.

There are several ways to get involved, including volunteering, participating in our programmes, or donating. For more details, visit our Get Involved page or contact us directly to find out how you can contribute.

Most of our programmes are offered at a low cost or for free, thanks to the generous support of our donors and partners. Some specialized programmes might require a nominal fee, which will be clearly stated on our website and promotional materials.

Our programmes are held in various locations, including community centres, schools, and other accessible venues locally and throughout the Caribbean. We also offer some programmes online to reach a wider audience. Specific details about programme locations and schedules can be found on our Programmes page.

We offer a range of programmes, including expert-led workshops on emotional resilience and stress management, skill development initiatives to enhance interpersonal skills, and community engagement activities that promote real-world interactions and community bonding.

Donations can be made directly through our website via the Donate page. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, online payment platforms, and direct bank transfers. Your support helps us continue to offer and expand our impactful programmes.
