Ms Shinelle Jamie Smith, based in Trinidad and Tobago, holds the
esteemed position of Chair of Education at the College of Science,
Technology and Applied Arts of Trinidad and Tobago (COSTAATT). With a

advancing sustainable tourism practices, Ms. Smith's professional journey

Possessing a distinguished educational background, Ms Smith's
credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism, a
Master of Science in Tourism Development and Management, a Master of

University Teaching and a CELTA certificate from the University of
